Wire phosphate services:

Chemical process that consists of submerging the wire in an acid bath, with the purpose to eliminate oxides and dirts that form in the surface of the material. Later the wire is submerged in a phosphate bath to protect it against the oxidation creating therefore a surface apt for other processes.

Wire annealed:

It consists of a softening of the material by a temperature rise, carrying out a change in its internal structure to be able to realise a later process of conformation. Its purpose is to remove the effects of the cold working.

Steel Iron Straps (Low and Medium Carbon):

It consists of a cut of the steel sheet whose width is specified by the client. The width of the iron strap varies from 6 mm to 300 mm. Thickness of steel sheet from caliber 24 to caliber 12.
